Warranty & Guarantee

ELOGLOEN Limited Warranty

ELOGLOEN aims to supply gloves that arrive in suitable condition and meet reasonable expectations for their materials, finish, construction, and workmanship.

Our collection includes ski gloves, work gloves, outdoor grip gloves, and other selected glove styles. Products may undergo checks before dispatch to help confirm their readiness for delivery.

Glove fabrics, linings, stitching, seams, grip surfaces, straps, closures, and attached components may require careful handling. We take reasonable care when preparing these products for shipment.

If an eligible product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or with another issue covered by this warranty, our support team will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution.

1. Duration and Scope of Coverage

Most eligible ELOGLOEN products carry a 30-day limited warranty, starting on the date the order is confirmed as delivered.

Coverage is intended for qualifying faults involving manufacturing, materials, construction, assembly, or workmanship, as well as certain product failures that occur during reasonable use.

An approved claim may be resolved through one or more of the following, depending on the circumstances:

  • Replacement of the affected product.

  • A comparable replacement of a similar type and value.

  • Store credit, where appropriate.

  • Assistance with repairs, where reasonably available.

  • A refund, where applicable and permitted.

Ordinary wear, accidental damage, natural aging, misuse, and deterioration associated with regular use are generally outside the scope of this limited warranty.

2. Issues That May Qualify

Defects in materials or production

A product may qualify for coverage if a fault in its materials, stitching, assembly, construction, or workmanship becomes apparent within the applicable warranty period.

The problem must not result from misuse, unsuitable care, accidental damage, or unreasonable handling.

Faults affecting seams, closures, and attached components

Manufacturing-related problems that may be eligible include:

  • Loose or defective stitching.

  • Faulty seams.

  • Defective straps, fasteners, or closures.

  • Improperly attached cuffs, trims, or reinforcement details.

  • Linings, grip panels, or other attached parts that separate because of faulty construction.

  • Similar defects affecting other product components.

These issues may be covered when present at delivery or when they develop during reasonable, normal use because of a manufacturing defect.

Structural and construction concerns

Certain structural problems may also be reviewed under this warranty, including:

  • Abnormal separation along seams.

  • Defective attachment points.

  • Components that were not properly secured.

  • Faulty overall construction.

  • Unusual separation of fabric, lining, grip material, or attached details.

  • Other structural weaknesses unrelated to customer handling or ordinary wear.

Problems present on arrival

Ski gloves, work gloves, outdoor grip gloves, or other ELOGLOEN products that arrive torn, visibly damaged, incomplete, defective, or otherwise unusable may qualify for warranty assessment.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty generally does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Fabric pilling associated with regular use.

  • Surface abrasion.

  • Natural aging of textile materials.

  • Incorrect storage.

  • Unsuitable washing or cleaning methods.

  • Misuse or abuse.

  • Accidents.

  • Repairs performed without authorization.

  • Unauthorized alterations or modifications after delivery.

  • Excessive stretching.

  • Exposure to harsh chemicals.

  • Excessive moisture.

  • Abrasive cleaning products.

  • Inadequate or improper maintenance.

  • Customer-caused tears or breakage.

  • Snagging.

  • Crushing or excessive pressure.

  • Burns or heat damage.

  • Loss or theft.

  • Other circumstances unrelated to a manufacturing, material, or workmanship defect.

Coverage may also be declined where reasonable evidence shows that misuse, alteration, unauthorized repair, improper treatment, or another excluded event materially affected the product’s condition or usable life.

4. Reporting a Problem and Requesting Assistance

Submit your warranty request

Contact ELOGLOEN customer support at service@elogloen.com to request a warranty review.

Please provide:

  • Your order number and relevant order information.

  • Your full name and contact details.

  • A clear explanation of the issue.

  • Photographs showing the product and affected area.

  • A short video where it would reasonably help demonstrate the problem.

Our team will assess the information and determine whether the reported issue meets the warranty conditions. Reasonable verification may be required before a replacement, store credit, refund, repair assistance, or another remedy is approved.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete

Please notify us as soon as reasonably possible if the gloves arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or missing supplied components.

Photographs or video may help show:

  • Torn glove fabric or lining.

  • Loose stitching or open seams.

  • Detached grip panels, trims, or reinforcement details.

  • Damaged straps or closures.

  • Missing or incorrectly attached components.

  • Changes to the product’s intended shape.

  • Missing items or included parts.

  • Other visible manufacturing faults.

Keep the affected gloves, packaging, labels, and any detached or damaged parts until our support team has completed its initial review and explained the next steps.

If transportation damage is suspected

Contact us if either the parcel or the product appears damaged when delivered.

We may request photographs of:

  • The outside of the shipping parcel.

  • The shipping label.

  • The damaged ELOGLOEN product.

  • The internal protective packaging.

  • Damaged components shown alongside their packaging.

Retain the packaging and shipping materials until the matter has been reviewed. They may help establish whether the damage occurred during transportation.

5. Outcomes of an Approved Claim

Replacement arrangements

When a claim is approved, ELOGLOEN may supply a replacement or offer another appropriate resolution, depending on stock availability and the circumstances.

If the original glove model, size, color, pattern, design, or variation is unavailable, possible alternatives may include:

  • A similar product of comparable type and value.

  • Store credit.

  • Another reasonable solution suited to the claim.

Any replacement product will be subject to the warranty conditions applicable to that replacement item.

Refund considerations

An approved warranty claim does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund.

Refund eligibility will depend on the nature of the fault, the condition of the product, the circumstances of the claim, applicable law, relevant store policies, and the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued through the original payment method.

The time needed for the funds to appear may vary according to your bank, card issuer, payment provider, payment processor, and original payment method. ELOGLOEN does not control the processing schedules of independent financial institutions.

6. Warranty Claims and Other Return Requests

This limited warranty operates separately from the procedures and rights described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Warranty claims primarily concern qualifying manufacturing faults, material defects, workmanship issues, construction defects, and certain eligible product failures.

Requests involving a change of mind, personal preference, an unsuitable style, a preferred color, fit preferences, or another reason unrelated to a defect are generally handled under the Return & Refund Policy.

If the limited warranty period has expired, you may consult that policy to determine whether another return option is available.

7. Caring for Your ELOGLOEN Gloves

Appropriate care may help maintain the appearance, comfort, construction, and usable life of ski gloves, work gloves, outdoor grip gloves, and other glove styles.

We recommend the following care practices:

  • Handle fabrics, linings, and attached components with care.

  • Avoid unnecessary stretching.

  • Keep gloves away from sharp objects that could damage the material.

  • Minimize unnecessary or excessive friction.

  • Follow the care instructions provided for the specific product.

  • Avoid contact with harsh chemicals.

  • Do not use abrasive cleaning products.

  • Allow damp gloves to dry completely before storing them.

  • Avoid high heat unless the product’s instructions expressly permit it.

  • Store gloves in a clean, dry environment.

  • Avoid prolonged compression that could deform the gloves, linings, or attached details.

  • Do not attempt unauthorized repairs.

  • Periodically check stitching, seams, cuffs, trims, straps, and closures.

  • Use gentle cleaning methods appropriate for the particular material.

Some textile materials naturally develop minor surface changes with use. These changes do not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect.

8. Statutory Rights

This limited warranty is provided alongside any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws and our separate Return & Refund Policy.

No provision is intended to remove, limit, or waive a legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide additional rights or remedies, those protections remain applicable.
